FitDesk does not ask for your name, email address, health profile, workout history, or precise location. Workout timers run locally in your browser and are not saved by FitDesk.

Our hosting provider may process limited server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security and reliability. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.

The MVP does not require cookies or local storage for its core workout experience. If this changes, this policy will be updated before release.
